Malika Ahmidouch, Hicham Berrada and Zyad El Jebbari share their vision for the future of outsourcing – combining AI and African talent to deliver smarter, simpler, and better outsourced operations.

Aishore Founding Team

Malika Ahmidouch, leading Operations, brings over a decade of expertise in finance and management from France, US, and Morocco, focusing on excellence in service delivery. A graduate of Ecole Poly technique, Malika has held C-level positions in renowned Moroccan tech companies.

Hicham Berrada, with a rich background in digital advertising as a co-founder of Teads, manages Aishore’s Revenue. His prior venture, Teads, achieved a notable $650 million in revenue and expanded into 35 countries.

Zyad El Jebbari, Co-founder and Chief AI Officer in 2024, directs technological strategies and product development at Aishore. A graduate of MIT, ex-Googler and Amazonian, he conducted advanced AI and data transformation projects.

Together, we synergize our diverse experiences to redefine the offshoring landscape, blending innovation with high execution standards.
